Mission Statement
Advocate , Support, and Communicate with all gifted students, their parents, educators, and administrators to make CCISD's Gifted and Talented Program a vibrant, comprehensive, successful, and continuingly improving services.
Vision
CASE will advocate and support all CCISD Gifted and Talented students to ensure that each gifted student receives an innovative and comprehensive education as well as services that address their unique and different educational, social, and emotional challenges so that upon graduation, students are suucessfu in their educational, profressional, and personal pursuits.
Past Accomplishments
Instrumental in the creation of the WAVE magnet school
Invite authors to speak at CASE meetings who are experts working with gifted youth and their caregivers
Provided training and materials to CCISD Gifted Educators
Host monthly lunch socials where caregivers of gifted students can get together to support one another.
Provided back to school breakfast to GT Specialists and WAVE Liaisons
Hold quarterly meetings in which a topic pertinent to gifted learners is presented.
